When an older platform was taken down without the budget to replace it, video use across the University of Georgia’s many schools and departments began to fragment across multiple tools. While this approach got the job done, it was inefficient and lacked options for tracking video use across campus. With no central funding available, what options did they have to provide one, centrally-supported platform? It turned out that video was one thing that everyone needed—for online courses, flipping the classroom, student/faculty interaction, public-facing library and archive sites, and more. See how multiple units banded together to crowd-fund a solution—and find out how you can rally support at your institution as well.
